Great book. One of the better reads on this subject. I checked it out form the local library after a month waiting on the list. I would love to have my own copy and read it once again.

I’m a Diehard and have been using index funds for over 20 years. Therefore, even though I respect the authors, I figured there was little that I haven’t already absorbed and implemented from this book. That said, I won’t say no to a free volume.

I heard him speak at NYU. He is incredibly smart. He called his presentation the “The Relentless Rules of Humble Arithmetic”. And he proposed the CMH ( pun on EMH ), the costs matter hypothesis.
I would be very interested to read what he has to say, at length.

Well heck - I’d certainly be interested in a copy. Once done I can Freecycle it and give it to some other fiscally conscious reader.

I read each of the reviews. I am regular on the Diehard site and would enjoy a copy of the book. Good luck to all who entered.

This is a comment from a reader named Dave who couldn’t post.
Dave said:
“Was first introduced to this book on the Diehards website; but have yet to find it at the local library. Did see a copy at Barnes & Noble; but immediately recommended the last copy available to a younger person who was looking for a good guide to investing. Look forward to getting access through the library if I am not fortunate enough to win a copy here. Thanks for what you have done for young investors. Let’s hope that more young people get the right advice for investing while they are young.”

This a great book for every novice investor. I plan to give a copy to each of my children and grandchildren.
Hopefully each will be a Diehard!!!
